Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino has been ranked as the best-performing legislator in the 13th Parliament.
Leeway Africa Research Agency (LARA) released the rankings on Tuesday, May 23 putting Babu in position 1 with a 75.6% rating.
The survey seeking to establish how constituents rated the overall performance of their MP was conducted between August 2022 – May 2023 when the lawmakers assumed office.

Speaking to KNN.co.ke, leeway Africa survey Data Reporting Officer said the ranking was arrived at after speaking to the electorate who commented on a number of thresholds.
